How to upload an avatar:

Go to 'Profile' at the top of the page, it's to the right.
Click on it and you'll be brought to your profile.
There, you should see an option for uploading an avatar.

An avatar should be about 150x150 or smaller.

If you're having any more difficulties, tell me or any other members of staff.
