Midnight Academy

(Okay, I know it sounds lame, but i think it might turn out good)
You have been accepted by The Midnight Academy! You are a creature,
monster, or faerie creature. At the Academy you will learn how to
use/control your abilities/powers, and how to fit in with the humans,
who you typically want to help protect from the Shadows, the horrid
creatures that exist only for the purpose of exterminating life. (sorta
like a hogwarts for monsters) the typical rp rules, you can control up
to 3 people. fill out the form, and we will start on the train.

long jet black hair, extremely large emerald green eyes, with extremely
large pupils, that are often looking at nothing, making her look like
she is thinking about something. Fangs.
personality: insane, sometimes quiet which typically means somethings going to happen.
lucky charm: A large pocket watch with a blood red stone in the middle.
known abilities: she has abilities, but nobody knows what she can do yet.
creature type: half vampire. (being half lets her be in sunlight)

known abilities: can call animals to his aid, other abilities yet to be developed.

Appearance: Pink (yes, pink. ._.) hair, blue eyes, and a dress that is a light green and a dark green. She wears black boots that go up to right under her knees.
Personality: Shy, but more outgoing with friends, of course.
Lucky charm: (Um, do you have to have one? ._.)
Known abilities: She can blind 'enemies' with a ball of light created with her hands.
Creature type: Half-angel. If she cries, her wings become visible.

appearance: Long brown hair in a braid down her back. Blue eyes, but when using magic, turn gold. Kinda lanky and tall and very clumsy
personality: Friendly, loud but naive. Makes friends easily. Teasing nature.
lucky charm: A large neckerchief she seems to always be wearing.
known abilities: She can control the chi in a person - take away powers or movement temporarily. Can also make herself fly.

Alice and Mint were sitting in a compartment, all by themselves.

"Bye, Ashleigh!" her mother was calling to her as she clambered onto the train.
Ashleigh grinned. "Bye Mum! See you at Christmas!"
"Have fun!"
Ignoring all the staring she was getting, Ashleigh nodded, waved, and then stepped backwards onto the train just as it started to move. She stumbled and crashed into a compartment where two girls with fangs were sitting. She blushed, winced, and then opened the door to stick her head in.
"Can I sit here please?" she pleaded.

"Yeah, Go ahead." Mint smiled softly. "These compartments are awfully big."

Ashleigh grinned in thanks, then lugged her suitcase and backpack into the compartment. She shoved the suitcase onto the racks above the seats, and then sat down opposite the two girls. "I'm Ashleigh," she grinned. "Not Ash. Not Leigh. Not Ashy. Ash-leigh." she laughed.

Aiko quickly stumbled onto the train and fell into it. Getting up, she felt her face burn and she saw Ashleigh. Not being on a train before, she followed her and sat down somewhere by herself. She wasn't really in the mood for talking right now.

"Aiko!" Ashleigh grinned, opening the door of the compartment. "Come in, come in. How was your summer?" she grinned expectantly.

Aiko jumped a bit and nodded, following Ashleigh again.
She shrugged and shook her head, staying silent.

Ashleigh rolled her eyes. "My summer sucked. James discovered he could levitate things - his only power, I felt a bit sorry for him - so he went into my room and made everything inside fly. Ugh, it was so annoying. I mean, I know I can fly and everything, but Mum kinda didn't know about it, so I was grounded for a month." she laughed. "Well, not grounded...but I wasn't let out of the house. I flew out of the windows instead." she laughed again. "Anyway, didn't take me long to block James' chi for a little while and then he was really regretting it." she shook her head. "Little brothers are so annoying!"

Aiko tilted her head to the side and laughed nervously, understanding. "I see..."
Finally finding her voice, she sighed and said rather quietly "Well...my summer was okay, I guess." She smiled slightly and added "I met a lot of new people. But they were just like...temporary friends, y'know?"

Ashleigh nodded. "You went abroad, right?" she enquired curiously.

"Ehh...." Is all Aiko answered.
She stared out of a window. She was lucky that she had made it here. She closed her eyes tight, remembering when she flew too long and she lost control over her wings. She sighed and looked at Ashleigh again.
"...Hey, do you know how long the train ride is?"

"I believe it's going to take a while. I heard it has to go through different dimensions, and that takes -" Mint spoke, but Alice finished her sentence. "- a while."

"Yeah, I came here last year, remember?" she laughed. "It's about a day. Maybe less."

Aiko's eyes widened. "A-A day?"
She stared back out the window. "I wasn't expecting that long..." She felt her face become warm again. "W-Well, I'm okay with it, of course..."

"I mean, you did get the letter..." Ashleigh asked suspiciously.

"The day is still pleasant, none the less. Some people are able to control technology and everything, and the compartments are really awesome." Mint smiled softly.

Ashleigh turned to Mint, then smiled. "I'm sorry, I still don't know your names. This is Aiko," she sent a glare the girl, "and she...um, I don't know her powers."

Aiko looked at Ashleigh, and hearing that she blushed.
"Well, I um..."
She looked down and said rather quietly "I'm half angel...so uhm...I have wings..."

Ashleigh grinned. "Took you long enough," she laughed. "Aiko and I met when we were children - our parents are close friends."

Mint blushed. "Oh, I'm sorry. I always forget to introduce us. I'm Mint, and this is.."
Alice eyed everyone, and spoke dead pan. "Alice."

Ashleigh nodded. "Well, you two are so pretty! I'm not pretty, haha. I have a little brother called James - he's an idiot - and then my Dad and Mum are divorced, which is pretty awesome. I can fly and control chi - you know what that is, right?"

"Yeah. Pardon me, but you already explained it." Mint looked embarrassed. "Mint is psychic." Alice murmured.
